基于湖北省各市2000-2013年农业投入产出数据,利用Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指数和核密度图对环境约束下湖北省农业全要素生产率增长和收敛状况进行了分析。结果表明,湖北省农业全要素生产率增长显著,技术进步是农业全要素生产率增长的主要源泉;农业全要素生产率、技术效率变化和技术进步率都出现了收敛。提出了相应的政策建议。
Based on the agricuhural input and output data of Hubei province in city-level during 2000-2013, Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index and kernel density figure was used to analyze the growth and convergence of total factor productivity of Hubei province under environmental restrictions. The results showed that agricultural total factor productivity of all cities was improved significantly. Technical progress was the main source of its growth. The total agricultural factor of productivity, technical efficiency and technical progress rate of all cities was converged. Some advices for promoting the coordinated development of agriculture were put forward.
