英文摘要：

The concept of eco-efficiency reflects both economic benefits and ecological benefits of economic activity,which reflects sustainable economic development level in a certain degree,and eco-efficiency measuring contributes to explore the transformation path of economic development.The main results of the empirical analysis about the eco-efficiency measuring and its converging analysis of China’s provincial industry between 2003 and 2010 are as follows： there was low eco-efficiency in industry widely which had large provincial difference and interannual change difference,and there existed eco-efficiency convergence obviously.In order to improve eco-efficiency of all provinces in China,we should build technology transfer platform widely promoting advanced production technology,and improve the technical ability of the poor areas to absorb and use advanced technology fully.
