对有源中点箝位型(ANPC)三电平逆变器在特定谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)控制策略下的母线中点电压平衡问题进行了研究。通过研究SHEPWM与空间矢量脉宽调制(SYPWM)的本质联系,将SHEPWM三相输出视为与SVPWM一致的空间矢量集,分析SHEPWM的解得到开关矢量对中点电压的影响,从而提出一种SHEPWM优化控制策略,该控制策略通过动态变换SHEPWM的开关状态,将一个小矢量替换为与之成对的另一个小矢量,从而在不影响消除线电压特定谐波的前提下,选择合适的小矢量使中点电压趋于平衡,最后搭建了三电平实验平台对所提出的控制策略进行实验验证,实验结果表明了该控制策略的有效性。
The control strategy of neutral point voltage balance for the three-level active neutral point clamped(ANPC) inverter under the selective harmonic elimination pulse width modulation (SHEPWM) is proposed.The nature between SHEPWM and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is studied.The output waveform of three-phase SHE- PWM can be regarded as the space vectors,which have different effects on neutral point voltage.Then,an optimized SHEPWM control strategy is proposed.The proposed method is that dynamic transformation output waveform of three- phase SHEPWM, namely, a short vector will be replaced with another short vector which is in pairs.The neutral point voltage is balanced by selected appropriate short vectors.The experiment verify the effectiveness of proposed strategy.
