对速生杨木化学机械浆中溶解和胶体物质(DCS)进行了特征参数测定及化学成分分析。结果表明,DCS的电导率、阳电荷需求量和Zeta电位主要取决于溶解物质(DS)。DCS的COD_(Cr)值较高,而DS的COD_(Cr)值较低。DS固含量为DCS总固含量的54.4%。DCS中含有大量金属离子,其中Na^+含量最高,其次是K^+、Ca^2+和Al^3+。DCS灰分含量为14.9%。GC-MS分析显示DCS中MTBE抽出物成分多而杂,仅酸和酯类等物质多达10余种,其中棕榈酸含量高达5.372mg/l,其次为硬脂酸和油酸腈等。DCS中主要碳水化合物为甘露糖、半乳糖和葡萄糖,其中葡萄糖含量较高。
Analysis on the characteristic parameters and chemical composition of dissolved and colloidal substances(DCS) in chemimechanical pulp of fast-growing poplar was conducted. The results showed that the conductivity,charge demand and Zeta potential of dissolved and colloidal substances mainly depended on that of dissolved substances(DS). COD_(Cr) value of DCS was higher,while the COD_(Cr) value of DS was lower. The solid content of DS was54.4% of the total solid content of DCS. DCS contained a large number of metal ions,the highest content of Na~+,followed by K~+,Ca~(2+) and Al~(3+). The ash content of DCS was 14.9%. GC-MS analysis showed that the content of MTBE extractives in DCS was more and complex,and only the substances of acids and esters in MTBE extractives were up to more than 10 kinds,in which,the content of palmitic acid was as high as 5.372 mg/l,followed by stearic acid and oleic acid. The main carbohydrates in DCS were mannose,galactose and glucose,in which glucose content was higher.
