采用正交试验研究了二氧化氯漂白中Cl O2用量、温度、时间等因素对棉短绒浆粕白度和聚合度的影响。分析结果表明,影响白度的主要因素是Cl O2用量,影响聚合度的主要因素是温度。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线衍射对Cl O2漂白前后棉短绒浆粕进行分析,结果表明,Cl O2漂剂对纤维的损伤较小,能够有选择性的氧化降解发色物质提高浆粕白度。
Effect of Cl O2 dosage,bleaching temperature and bleaching time on the brightness and degree of polymerization of cotton linter pulp in Cl O2 bleaching sequence was carried out by the orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the main factor influencing the brightness was the dosage of Cl O2,and the main factor influencing the degree of polymerization was temperature. The cotton linter pulps before and after Cl O2 bleaching were analysed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),Scanning electron microscope( SEM) and X- ray diffraction( XRD),the results showed that the cellulose was minor damaged,Cl O2 can oxidative- degrade the chromophores selectively and improve the brightness.
