研究了pH=2.8条件下H2O2和TS-1对臭氧化降解乙酸效率的影响。实验结果表明,在臭氧化过程中同时加入钛硅分子筛TS-1和H2O2是乙酸得到有效降解的必要条件。H2O2与钛硅分子筛TS-1作用形成超氧物种是臭氧化效率提高的主要原因,而且臭氧在催化剂表面的吸附分解是乙酸降解的速率控制步骤。根据作用机理推导建立了乙酸降解的假零级动力学方程,其中1/CO3*和1/khete呈线性关系,以上结论与实际实验结果有着很好的一致性。
The ozonation of oxalic acid with H2O2 over TS-1was investigated under pH=2.8.The experimental results showed that the presence of TS-1 and H2O2 was the necessary condition,promoting the efficiency of acetic acid degradation,in the process of catalytic ozonation oxalic acid.The main reason for the increacing of the efficiency of acetic acid ozonation was that TS-1 with H2O2 produced a titanium superoxide species.The adsorption and decomposition of ozone on catalyst was the rate controlling step.A pseudo zero-order kinetics equation was obtained according to the kinetic mechanism and achieved linear relationship between 1/CO3*and 1/khete.The above results also fitted the experimental date.
