^133Cs was irradiated with 47 MeV/u ^12C ions and Ba isotopes were produced via multi-nucleon transfer process in bombardments of ^133Cs with ^12C. Ba produced in the reaction was separated radio-chemically from Cs and the mixture of the reaction products. The 7 radio-activities of Ba isotopes were measured using an HPGe detector. The production cross sections of Ba isotopes were determined from activities of Ba isotopes and the other relational data. It is found that for neutron-deficient Ba isotopes the production cress sections deviate from a linear dependence on Qgg values. The fact demonstrates that neutron-deficient isotopes of Ba may come from the second process in the reaction.
