研究了粉煤灰和电石渣对聚丙烯塑料裂解的影响,讨论了加入量对裂解速度和裂解产物的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰和电石渣都使裂解产物中的轻质部分(汽油和裂解气)增加、重油降低;粉煤灰比电石渣更能加快反应的进行,而且加入量越多,反应越快,需时越短;粉煤灰比电石渣对聚丙烯塑料的裂解具有明显的催化促进效果。
Coal fly ash and carbide lime, which are waste, are used as catalysts for catalytic cracking of polypropylene (PP) and their catalytic cracking behaviors have been studied. Under non-catalytic pyrolysis conditions, the yields of gaseous products, gasoline and diesel fuel increase with increasing pyrolysis temperature. The yields of solid residue and heavy oil decrease with increasing temperature. The results of the addition of coal fly ash and carbide lime show that the light products ( gasoline and gas) increase and heavy oil decrease comparing with non-catalytic pyrolysis. The presence of coal fly ash makes more light products. To prove the influence of both catalysts, careful studies on polypropylene degradation rate together with the amount of coal fly ash or carbide lime have been done. The result is that the degradation rate picks up with increasing the amount of both catalysts, but the effect of coal fly ash is better than carbide lime obviously.
