The demand that quality information is expressed uniformly and exchanged availably in product lifecycle is analyzed first.Then, the parper establishes the quality information model oriented product lifecycle, expatiates two items of key technology： quality BOM and XML technology and also establishes the structure model of the expressing system of quality information oriented product lifecycle. Finally, the course of XML packaging quality BOM which is the nuclear course of this system is illustrated.
