在分析现有产品设计质量控制集成研究局限性的基础上，利用SOA技术方法对产品设计质量控制集成进行了研究。提出了基于SOA的产品设计质量控制系统应用支撑平台架构，详细阐述了如何利用设计质量BOM组织设计质量信息，介绍了利用Webservice技术的具体实现过程，系统的开发与应用表明该方案很好地解决了信息孤岛现象。
英文摘要：
Based on the analysis of the limitation of the existing research on integrated quality control of product design, used SOA technology in study of QCOPD. Proposed an architecture for SOA-based application supportive platform for quality control of product design. Discussed how to organize design quality information with design quality BOM in detail. Introduced specific procedures on realization of QCOPD system based on Web technology. The development and application of the system demonstrate that the solution solves the information island phenomenon successfully.
