对具有局域表面等离子体共振(localized surface plasma resonance,LSPR)效应的Au、Ag纳米颗粒及其组装体的制备进行了综述。从尺寸调控和形貌调控两个方面综述了Au、Ag纳米颗粒的制备;从基于构造子之间的静电组装作用、功能化修饰以及不对称修饰三种组装策略综述了Au、Ag纳米颗粒组装体的制备。通过制备上述具有不同LSPR效应的Au、Ag纳米颗粒及其组装体,使得获取更为优良的表面增强光谱效应成为可能。
The preparation of gold, silver nanopartlcles and their assembly with localized surface plasma resonance (LSPR) effect was reviewed. The preparation of gold and silver nanoparticles was focused on size and morphology control regulation, while the preparation of their assembly was focused on three as- sembly strategies such as electrostatic interaction, functionalization and asymmetric modification. Based on the nanoparticles and their assembly mentioned above, it is possible to get excellent surface enhanced spec- troscopic effect.
