城市社区是作为我国重点节能减排领域,低碳社区建设是解决城市建设和居民生活带来的高碳排放问题的主要手段?该文采用SMART指标筛选原则构建了多层次的低碳社区评价指标体系,即5个一级评价因素,15个二级评价因素;在此基础上,综合运用层次分析法(AHP)和德尔菲法,构建了低碳社区评价模型以武汉市万科红郡社区为例,对其低碳社区建设进行了综合评价,分析得出万科红郡社区的低碳等级为二级,低碳建设水平为“好”,最后,针对现阶段社区低碳建设存在的问题提出了相关建议。
Urban community is the key area of energy conservation and emissions reduction in China. Low-carbon community construction is the main means to reduce high carbon emission which was due to urban construction and city-dwellers. Based on the principle of SMART, combining with Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), we built the evaluation system of the low carbon community, which includes 5 element layers and 15 index layers. And then, we take Vanke Hongjun community as the case study, whose low carbon level comes to be II. At last, aiming at the existing problem of low carbon community construction, some suggestions are put forward.
