合理布局长江经济带沿江制造业与物流业,实现制造业与物流业协同发展,对优化产业结构、转变经济发展方式和增强区域竞争力至关重要。本文基于共生度模型对1978-2013年长江经济带九省二市制造业与物流业的共生度、共生关系以及共生寿命进行了测算。经分析得出结论:考察期内上海市制造业与物流业处于正向非对称互惠共生模式阶段,贵州省处于从制造业寄生于物流业阶段向正向非对称互惠共生模式过渡阶段.其他九个地区均处于从物流业寄生于制造业阶段向正向非对称互惠共生模式过渡阶段.各个地区出现转折点的时间前后不一,但最终都会向正向对称互惠共生模式靠拢。综合来看。上海市制造业与物流业进入正向对称互惠共生模式阶段的时间最早,而经济较落后的地区进入正向对称互惠共生模式阶段的时间较迟。因此,要坚持互利共赢合作机制、创新供应链服务模式、加强区域交流与合作、优化共生环境、减少物流业发展对制造业的制约作用.以实现二者的正向对称互惠共生。
It plays a vital role in optimizing industrial structure and strengthening the regional competition to rationally lay out the manufacturing and logistic industries along the Yangtze River economic belt and achieve their coordinated development. In this paper, the symbiosis degree model is adopted to analyze symbiosis degree, symbiosis relationship and symbiotic life of the manufacturing and logistic industries in the nine provinces and two cities of the Yangtze River economic belt from 1978 to 2013. The study shows the manufacturing and logistic industries in Shanghai was in the period of a positive asymmetric reciprocal symbiosis mode. The manufacturing and logistic industries in Guizhou province was in the period of the transition from manufacturing being parasitic in logistics to the positive asymmetry reciprocal symbiosis mode. The other nine regions were in the period of transition from logistics being parasitic in manufacturing industry to positive asymmetric reciprocal symbiosis mode. The turning points are different in various regions, but they will eventually move towards positive symmetry reciprocal symbiotic mode. On the whole, the manufacturing and logistic industries in Shanghai entered into the symmetrical reciprocal symbiosis mode earlier, while the backward areas entered late. Therefore, we must adhere to the sense of mutual benefit and win-win situation, innovate logistics service modes, strengthen regional exchanges and cooperation and optimize the symbiotic environment to reduce the logistic industry development constraints on the manufacturing industry and realize positive symmetry reciprocal symbiotic mode.
