采用高压力下的原位阻抗谱测量技术,研究了晶界对粉末ZnS电阻的影响.数据分析结果显示:在11GPa处,ZnS粉末的电阻主要是由于晶界引起的.对于岩盐相的ZnS,其残余电阻也是来自于晶界的影响.在14GPa处,阻抗谱由双半弧变成一个椭圆型半弧对应于ZnS粉末的高压相转变.
Using alternating current impedance spectrum method,the effect of grain boundary on resistance in powdered ZnS under high pressure has been investigated.Above 11.0 GPa,the change of resistance is mainly contributed by grain boundary,and the residual resistance in rock-salt phase ZnS also comes from the grain boundary effect.Qualitative analysis showed that the phase transition is accompanied by the shape transition of impedance spectrum which changed from two-arc-type to oblate-like arc at 14.1 GPa.
