在回顾已有研究的基础上,提出农业生产者的社会关系网络、信息能力和经营绩效之间的假设模型,并应用江苏、安徽、河南、四川、云南5省10县区332家生猪规模养殖场的问卷调查数据对此进行验证。结果发现:生猪规模养殖场的关系结构、关系价值以及关系认知对信息能力均产生了显著的正向影响;生猪规模养殖场的信息能力在关系结构和经营绩效、关系认知和经营绩效之间起到了中介桥梁作用;生猪规模养殖场的关系价值不仅直接影响经营绩效,还通过信息能力间接影响经营绩效。因此,农业生产者应充分重视社会关系网络,提升信息获取、整合和利用的能力,以提高自身的经营绩效。
In the relationship-oriented human society, social relationships influence people' s social and e- conomic exchanges and even their mode of thinking.On the basis of a literature review, this paper proposed a hypothetical model among the relationship network, social information capacity, and new agricultural subject' s business performance, and validated this model through the questionnaire survey in 332 live pig breeding farms of 10 counties in Jiangsu ,Anhui, Henan, Sichuan ,and Yunnan Province.The results show that the relationship structure, the relationship value and the relationship cognition of the scale pig farms have significant positive effect on information ability.The scale pig farms' information ability plays the full media role among the rela- tionship structure and performance, cognition and operation performance.The scale pig farms' relationship value directly affects not only the business performance ,but also operating performance through the information ability.Therefore, the new agricultural economic subject should pay full attention to the accumulation of social relation network, information acquisition, and integration and utilization in order to enhance their information ability and improve their business performance.
