The article established the Cox model about the customer chum. By using the mobile phone＇ s survival data from a college, the multivariate analysis were conducted about the covariant which influences significantly, and the measures were put forward to reduce the customers＇ drain.At last, the paper compares Cox model with Logistic model,which shows that the effect of Cox model is better.
