用不同刀刃半径的未加涂层微铣刀对AL6061工件进行槽铣,进行三维仿真模拟并获取仿真切削力。为了验证仿真切削力的正确性,计算理论切削力,采用神经网络法和曲线拟合法通过一系列不同刀刃半径和切厚的二维正交切削仿真获取材料的切削力系数,将其用于计算微铣削工况下的切削力。对比理论切削力和仿真切削力,二者可以很好地重合,证明微铣削仿真获取切削力的准确性,并可将仿真技术应用于不同工况下切削力的预测。
This paper presents finite element simulation on micro-milling slotting of AL6061 using uncoated tools with different tool edge radius and obtains the cutting force. The theoretical cutting force is calculated to confirm the validation of the simulated cutting force in which the neural network and curve fitting method are used to get the cutting force coefficient of AL6061 through the 2D finite element simulation of orthogonal cutting with different tool edge radius and uncut chip thickness,the coefficient is used to calculate the micro-milling forces. FE and theoretical results are compared with each other and get good coincidence which proved the accuracy of 3D FE simulation of micro-milling process, then this method can be used to simulate micro-milling in different cutting conditions.
