以某斜齿轮副为研究对象,基于ANSYS软件建立精确有限元模型,使用静力学分析方法模拟齿轮平稳传动,得到啮合齿面的接触状态和齿轮传动静态传递误差;使用显式动力学分析软件LS-DYNA进行仿真分析得到齿轮传动动态传递误差;分别在时域和频域对比静态传递误差和动态传递误差并分析差异产生的原因.研究表明:对于斜齿轮,在考虑的工况下,静态传递误差与动态传递误差差别较大,但啮合频率始终是主要的频率成分,动态传递误差中接近固有频率的频率成分幅值较大.
Taking a helical gear pair as research object,precise finite element model is built based on ANSYS software,and static analysis method is used to simulate smooth meshing of gear pair,then contact status of meshing gear pair and static transmission error (STE) are obtained; by the application of explicit dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA,dynamic transmission error (DTE) is gained,STE result is compared with the DTE result in both time domain and frequency domain,respectively,at last,reasons for the difference between the DTE and STE are discussed.The study shows that for helical gear,under the working condition presented,there are big differences between STE and DTE,but meshing frequency is always the main frequency component,and for DTE,the amplitude of frequency component close to natural frequency is relatively large.
