利用B样条技术计算强磁场中InAs量子环的能级和量子尺寸效应.计算结果表明:磁场对量子环的能级曲线Enr,mt--r0影响剧烈;当量子环较大时,随着磁场强度B的增大,能级曲线快速上升,对应不同角动量的简并消失.能量曲线的极小值位置r∞随着B的增加而减小,随着mt增大而增大.能级随着谐振子势wh的增大而增大.不同能级曲线Enr,mt——wh出现交叉现象.当量子环较大时,E即%——B曲线.随磁场B增加线性上升,不同能级出现交叉现象.
The size-dependent effect of energy of hydrogen-like impurity InAs quantum ring in Magnetic Field are calculated with B-spline technique. The calculated results show: The impact of the magnetic field on energies level curves Enr,mt--r0 is violent. As quantum ring radius r0 increase, the curves rise quikly with magnetic field increasing. The degeneracy of energy corresponding to different angular quantum number rnt is broken. The minimum position r00 of every level curve decreases with the magnetic field strength B increasing, and increases with the angular quantum number increasing. The energy levels increase with harmonic potential wh, the Enr,mt--wh curves of different levels cross each other under the impact of Magnetic Field. When quantum ring radius r0 is larger,r0 is larger,Enr,mt-- B curve rises linearly and the curves of different levels cross each other under the impact of Magnetic Field.
