利用传输矩阵法研究了一维光子晶体(AB)m(CD)n(AB)m(CD)n的透射谱.结果发现:在归一化频率0.30ωa/2πc、0.55ωa/2πc和0.42ωa/2πc处,光子晶体(CD)n的两个能带分别处于光子晶体(AB)m(AB)m的两个禁带中,光子晶体(AB)m的能带处于光子晶体(CD)n(CD)n的禁带中,构成连续频率分布的一维光子晶体三量子阱结构.量子阱透射谱亦出现连续频率分布的3组共振透射峰,产生明显的量子化效应,透射峰的总数目为2n+m或2m+n,数目和位置均可调.透射峰频率位置出现很强的局域场,并且随着垒层光子晶体厚度的增加而增强.该光量子阱结构透射谱特性可实现连续频率分布的可调性多通道滤波功能.
The transmission spectra of the one-dimensional photonic crystal is researched by the transfer-matrix method,and found that three photonic quantum well structures are constituted in the area of continuous frequency and three resonance transmission peaks of continuous distribution appear in corresponding frequency range,which shows that the palpable quantization effects and the transmission peak's number of 2n+m or 2m+n and position can be adjusted.Strong localized field appears in the frequency position of transmission peaks,and they are strengthened with the increase of photonic crystal's thickness in barrier layer.These characteristics have guiding significance to design the polyphyleticly adjusted multi-channel filters which are continuously distributed.
