目的探讨建立Corti器的三维可视化模型的方法,为进一步建立其力学模型打下基础。方法制备豚鼠Corti器标本并行扫描电镜和透射电镜观察。以Corti器电镜图像为参照标准,在三维建模软件3D Studio MAX的支持下,结合多种高级建模方法,创建Corti器的三维数字模型。结果成功建立了Corti器三维可视化模型,该模型正确展示了Corti器三维组成结构及各结构之间的空间位置关系。结论本实验应用电镜图像建立Corti器的三维模型的方法是可行的,Corti器三维模型为研究耳蜗机械力学提供了重要基础。
Purpose To explore the method of reconstruction of three-dimensional (3-D) visual model of the organ of Corti for laying a foundation for creating its mechanical model. Methods The specimens of the organ of Corti were extracted from the guinea pigs and examined with scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Based on the SEM and TEM images of the organ of Corti, 3-D digital model was reconstructed using advanced modeling methods with 3D Studio MAX software. Results The method of reconstructing 3-D model of organ of Corti has been developed successfully. The normal structure and the spatial relationships among the various structures within the organ of Corti were accurately showed in the model. Conclusion The method of reconstructing 3-D modeling of the organ of Corti based on the electron micrograph is feasible in the present study. This model provides us with an important basis for studying the cochlear mechanics.
