Based on ＂the enforcement theory of regulation＂ and self-regulatory principles of IOSCO＇s reports, this paper evaluates the current situation of China＇s futures market self-regulatory system and points out the problems of ambiguous legal status, lack of internal accordance and the difficulty to put rules into practice. And finally the policy suggestions of reforming the self-regulatory system are proposed in view of China＇s futures market characteristics and environment restrictions.
