In order to promote the construction oftechnological innovation ecosystem in resource based cities,based on the theoriesof ecologyand sustainable development,it constructedevaluation system frame by analyzing the contents and characters of technological innovation ecosystem of resource-based cities,and applied the analytic network process(ANP)with the help of Super Decisions software to determine the weight of each evaluation index,thus building technological innovation ecosystemevaluationsystemof the resource-based cities,and evaluatingtechnological innovation ecosystems of 8resource-based cities from Heilongjiang province.
