针对目前政府网站分类体系用户的满意度比较低、无法满足用户网站获取信息需求的现状，以南京市政府网站旅游概念主题分类目录为例，研究基于路径搜索法定量测量用户对网站分类目录的心智模型以及与网站表现模型之间的相似性，同时分析性别、职业、经验和教育背景对用户心智模型的影响程度，得出公务员组与网站模型存在中度相似的结论，并针对研究结论提出一些改进建议。

英文摘要：

Aiming at the current situation that the degree of users＇ satisfaction about the present government website classification catalogue system is very low and it can＇t satisfy users＇ requirements for searching web information, this paper takes Nanjing govern- ment website classification catalogue about tour concept theme as an example, measures users＇ mental models about government web- site classification catalogue based on pathfinder method and the similarity of website performance model. Meanwhile, it analyses the in- fluence degree of gender, occupation, experience and education on users＇ mental models. The conclusion is that there are medium similarities between the group of public functionary and the website model. According to the conclusion, it comes up with some sugges- tions to improve the government website.
