阐述了图像处理技术在显微细胞图像处理领域的发展现状,包括显微细胞图像预处理算法、细胞分割算法、细胞跟踪算法、细胞形状变化分析、3D细胞图像分析等内容.指出了显微细胞图像处理研究中的难点,如非刚体形状的描述,旋转、平移、尺度变化对形状描述影响的消除,3D形状信息的提取和压缩等.并探讨了显微细胞图像处理由静态图像分析向动态图像分析,由2D图像分析向3D图像分析,由定性分析向定量分析的发展趋势.
In the paper,the research status of the art of image processing algorithms in the field of cell image analysis are presented,which including cell image preprocessing,cell segmentation,cell tracking,cell shape analysis,and 3D cell image analysis.And the existing problems are pointed out,such as the non-rigid shape representation,the elimination of shape pose,3D information extraction and compression.In addition,this paper also introduces the important tendency in the field,which is to quantitatively analyze dynamic images and 3D images.
