使用失重法,极化曲线法,交流阻抗法,扫描电镜和能量散射谱来研究溴化十六烷基吡啶丙烯酸乙酯作为在5M浓度盐酸溶液中X70钢的缓蚀剂.在30℃时缓蚀剂在1—50μM浓度范围有49.2%增加到98.4%的缓蚀率.极化曲线表明缓蚀剂是一种混合控制型缓蚀剂.扫描电镜和能量散射谱说明缓蚀剂分子吸附在了钢片表面.缓蚀剂分子在钢片表面的吸附遵循吸附模式,其热力学参数说明吸附过程是一个放热且熵减小的自发过程.
The antieorrosive performance of 3-(2-ethoxyearbonyl-vinyl) -1 -hexadecyl-pyridinium bromide ( designated as MEPB-16) was evaluated for X70 steel by the use of weight loss, polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy methods. Inhibition efficiency of MEPB-16 was 98.4% at a concentration of 50μM at 30 ~C in 5 M HC1. Polarization curves showed that MEPB- 16 could be considered as a inhibitor of the mixed type. Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy revealed that MEPB-16 absorbed on X70 steel surface. The absorption obeyed the Langmuir isotherm and was a spontaneous, exothermal and entropy decreasing process.
