利用拉萨市1960-2010年的逐月气象观测资料,对旅游气候主要组成要素气温、相对湿度、风速、降水、日照等特征进行分析。基于月均气象数据计算温湿指数THI和风效指数K,确定THI和K对应后的拉萨市各年逐月旅游气候舒适度及等级。结果表明：1）拉萨市旅游气候很舒适的月份极少出现,较舒适期出现在6-9月。3-5月和6-9月体感不舒适,12月-翌年2月旅游气候极不舒适。2）拉萨旅游较适宜期（6-9月）存在的天气、气候障碍包括：紫外辐射强,空气含氧量低,雷暴天气活跃。

英文摘要：

Using monthly meteorological observation data of Lhasa in 1960 -2010, the main elements of tourist climate such as temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, precipitation, sunshine and other characteristics were analyzed. Based on averaged monthly meteorological data and the comprehensive tourism climate comfort in- dex model, we calculated THI and K in 50 years, determined climate comfort level of each month, and quantita- tively analyzed tourism climatic conditions in Lhasa. Results show that： （1） Lhasa has seldom the tourism cli- mate comfort month all year round; the more comfortable travel climate focused on June, July, August. In march - May and June - September, tourism climate is uncomfortable. From October to April the following year, the human body feel extremely uncomfortable. （2） During the more comfortable tourism climate period （June - August）, weather obstacles in Lhasa are as follows： air oxygen content is low, thunderstorm weather is active and the ultraviolet radiation is strong.
