Xining is one of the hot cities for summer tourism in recent years,＂Summer Resort＂ , ＂Sum- mer＂become the new business card for urban tourism. Through horizontal comparison analysis of the cli- matic conditions in Xining tourism, this article considers Xining is one of the cities which have most ＂cool city＂natural climatic conditions in China＇s temperate inland mountain, plateau type summer cities.
