皮肤直接与外界接触,易于受伤,并且皮肤创伤愈合较为复杂,因此,研究皮肤创伤愈合具有重要的理论和实际意义。干细胞在多种生理和病理情况下都发挥了重要作用,在皮肤创伤愈合中也具有重要意义。本文综述了与皮肤创伤愈合密切相关的干细胞研究进展。
Wound healing is a complex process including the network interactions of various kinds of cells, cytokines and extracellular matrices. Stem cells are clonogenic cells capable of both self-renewal and multilineage differentiation. These cells have the potentials to proliferate and differentiate into any types of cell and to be genetically modified in vitro, thus providing cells that can be isolated and used for cell therapy. The recent investigations have increased the expectations that stem cell therapy could be one of the potential treatments to wound healing. In addition, several types of stem cells have been isolated form skin, which suggests that skin may provide an accessible, autologous source of stem cells for wound healing and transplantation. That is, skin might become a source of cells for therapeutic tissue repair.
