烯醇化酶(enolase)是一种多功能蛋白,广泛存在于各种生物中,除在细胞内参与糖酵解过程外,还在病原生物侵染寄生的过程中发挥重要作用;定位于不同位点的烯醇化酶发挥着不同的功能。近年来对病原生物表面的烯醇化酶参与侵染过程的研究日益受到研究者的重视。本文对烯醇化酶的理化特性、分布特征、在不同病原生物侵染中的作用和参与侵染的机理进行了综述,并分析了烯醇化酶在生物防治中的应用前景,对利用烯醇化酶的方式提出了建议。
Enolase is a multifunctional protein and ubiquitously present in a wide range of living organisms.Recent studies have revealed that enolase not only participates in glycolytic cycle but also plays an important role in pathogen infection.Enolase locates in cytoplasma,cell surface and nucleus to mediate distinct functions.Involvement of pathogens surface enolase in infections has received ever-increasing attention.Properties,distribution,roles in different pathogen infections and mechanism in infections of enolase were reviewed.Meanwhile,application of enolase in biological control was prospected and a way for its utilization was suggested.
