针对永磁同步电机参数的离线估计问题,提出一种基于高频电压注入法的电机静态离线参数估计方法。将电机模型等效为转子旋转坐标系(d-q轴)电路,并在d,q轴上注入带直流偏置的高频交流电压信号。采集电机反馈的d轴或q轴电流,结合由电流控制器转换得到的d轴或q轴电压,通过伏安法来计算定子电阻。对d轴和q轴电压和电流信号进行傅里叶变换,获得信号的幅值和相位,从而计算电机总阻抗,进而估计出定子电感。实验结果表明,提出的方法能够精确估计出电机参数,具有可行性。
For the issues that offline estimation of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) parameters, a meth- od of static offline parameter estimation based on high frequency voltage injection method is proposed. The motor model was equivalent to the rotor rotation coordinate system (d-q axis) circuit, and the high frequency AC voltage signal with DC bias was injected into d,q axis. The d, q axis current fed back by the motor was collected, and the stator resistance was calculat- ed by the volt-ampere method in combination with the d,q axis voltage converted by the current controller. Fourier trans- form was applied to the d, q axis voltage and current signals to obtain the magnitude and phase of the signal, so as to esti- mate the total motor impedance and to estimate the stator inductance. The experimental results show that the proposed meth- od can accurately estimate the motor parameters and is feasible.
