讨论了光纤熔锥耦合外腔法改善二极管激光列阵光束质量的特点。采用多模光纤熔锥方法实现了两个半导体激光器(LD)之间的互注入。单模半导体激光器与光纤之间采用直接耦合的方法,耦合后两光纤输出功率都为5mW。互注入后LD1的波长由656.2nm变为657.2nm,光纤输出功率降为3mW,LD2波长由658.8nm变为658.2nm,光纤输出功率降为2.9mW。光纤熔锥时相向放置,激光束可直接进入对方谐振腔,不需再使用外腔反馈镜。
Characteristics of fusion tapered fiber coupling external cavity of the diode laser array are discussed. Cross injection between two diode laser (LD) is realized by fusion tapered multimode fiber coupler. Diode laser is direct-coupling with fiber, output power of the both fibers is 5 mW.
