针对冰箱在运行过程中的噪声问题,构建产生噪音的因果分析链,提出运用TRIZ的冲突解决原理和TRIZ的物-场分析原理解决问题。将产生噪声的有害因素转化为TRIZ的39个工程参数,利用TRIZ中的矛盾矩阵和相应的发明原理对冲突进行消解,同时查找相关的专利,充分利用已有专利启发设计人员,以降低冰箱的噪声。
For solving the noise problem of refrigerator in operation process, a causal analysis chain is constructed, the method of combination of TRIZ principle of conflict resolution and substance-field analysis is proposed. Through converting the harmful factors that will produce noise into 39 engineering parameters of TRIZ, and the conflicts are digested by the contradiction matrix and the corresponding inventive principle in TRIZ. Then it researches the related patents, and makes full use of existing patent inspired designers to reduce the noise of the refrigerator.
