以电-气转换器为研究对象,利用FLUENT软件对其喷嘴挡板机构进行仿真实验。介绍了FLUENT软件的基本使用方法;绘出了喷嘴挡板间隙对背压的特征曲线;对喷嘴的几个结构参数进行了优化,与传统的设计方法相比具有省时省力的特点。
The simulation experiment to the nozzle flapper mechanism of a kind of electric - pneumatic converter was carried on based on FLUENT software. The basic application method of FLUENT software was introduced, the characteristic curve for nozzle flapper gap to back pressure was drawn, and the structure parameters of the nozzle was optimized. Compared the characteristic with the traditional design method, the design can save time and reduce cost.
