高能材料切削力测试系统的研制

研制出了一种高能材料切削力的测试系统,测试切削过程中高能材料达到燃爆点时的切削力。详细介绍了该测试系统的设计过程,阐述了该测试系统各个组成部分功能的实现:进行了高能材料切削方案的设计、比较与选择,切削动力的选择与控制,切削力的动态测试,切削温度的动态测试,切削力数据的采集与处理。对橡胶材料进行模拟切削实验及对易燃易爆的高能材料进行切削实验,并分别对切削力指标的影响因素做了分析说明。

英文摘要:

A cutting force testing system about a kind of HEM was manufactured and the cutting force of HEM was tested until the HEM material explode or begin to burn in the cutting process. The system design was introduced in detail. The realization of all parts was completed as below: the design, comparison and choice of the cutting project, the choice and control of the drive of cutting force, the kinetic testing of the cutting force, the kinetic testing of the cutting temperature, the data acquisition and processing etc. The cutting experiment on the rubber material and the flammable and explosive HEM was carried out. The factors influencing the cutting force were discussed as well.
