英文摘要：

With the rapid development of intelligent transportation system in China, it is no longer difficult to obtain fine detection data. Yet at present, there is no perfect ways to use the fine detection data to do the online evaluation of the traffic signal control system. This paper explored the effect of using fine traffic flow detection data to evaluate the traffic signal control system, and analyzed the typical evaluation index of traffic signal control based on fine traffic flow detection data. Taking an actual road section as an example, the paper evaluated the effect of the signal control of the road section based on the data obtained from the passing vehicles. Signal control effect of the section is evaluated based on the acquired data.
