采用动态带分复用进行三维片上网络测试规划和调度协同优化研究,在测试中,给IP核动态分配带宽固定的TAM,同一时刻可使多个核的测试数据共享同一物理TAM并行传输,解决IP核测试数据传输带宽与TAM带宽不匹配的问题,实现IP核并行测试的最大化。对带宽分配的结果设计多种群云进化算法进行TAM内调度,实施精英种群间交叉变异提高多样性,协同开展测试规划和调度优化以获得最短调度时间。以ITC’02基准电路作为实验对象实施仿真验证,实验结果表明,在满足功耗、带宽约束的条件下,动态带分复用的测试策略通过提高带宽利用率,有效地减小了测试时间,提高了测试效率。
A new method using dynamic bandwidth division muhiplexing is proposed to study the test planning and scheduling collaborative optimization of three dimensional Network-on-Chip (3D NoC) ; in the test, the TAM with fixed bandwidth is assigned to IP cores dynamically, which allows test data of multiple cores to share the same physical TAM and to be transferred at the same time and in parallel, solves the mismatch problem between IP core test data transmission bandwidth and TAM bandwidth, and realizes the maximization of IP core parallel test. Multiple population cloud evolution algorithm is designed to conduct the scheduling of the bandwidth allocation result in TAM, implement crossover mutation among elite groups to improve the variety, and collaboratively conduct the test planning and scheduling optimization to obtain the shortest scheduling time. Taking the ITC' 02 benchmark circuit as experiment object, simulation verification experiment was conducted; experiment result demonstrates that the proposed dynamic bandwidth division multiplexing test strategy improves the bandwidth utilization rate, effectively reduces test time and improves test efficiency, while meeting the power and TAM bandwidth constraint conditions.
