交通路况监控与意外事故处理是我国的一个重要难题.为解决固定摄像机监控盲区及视频清晰度不足的问题,提出了基于4G的移动实时视频传输系统.简要阐述了系统的整体框架与层次结构,并引入基于Reactor模型的高并发I/O复用方式,在此基础上设计了一种基于动态缓冲区的发送端速率控制方法,实现了移动视频的QoS(Quality of Service)质量保障.实验结果表明在4G网络环境下,移动实时视频传输稳定,清晰度高,可应用于对交通路况的监测与实时控制.
With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,most people used to driving.At the same time,the transportation became increasingly crowded and collision accidents occurred frequently.This has brought tremendous pressure to the traffic manager,and how to understand the situation in the first time and take the corresponding measure is the priority among priorities.Thus,the traffic monitoring and accident treatment became more and more important in China.In order to solve the problems of fixed cameras in the monitoring blind areas and insufficient video clarity,a real-time video transmission system based on the 4G mobile network was proposed.First,we briefly introduced the overall framework of the system,the network structure and the high concurrent I/O multiplexing method based on the Reactor model.Then,we presented a novel sender rate control method based on the dynamic buffer for the QoS(Quality of Service)of mobile video.At last,experimental results have also been illustrated and analyzed to show that the transmission of mobile real-time video in our system is stable on the 4Gmobile network.On the other hand,our system also ensures the high definition of mobile real-time video and it can be applied to the real-time traffic monitoring.
