为研究锆英石对放射性核素Pu(Ⅳ)的固化能力,选用Ce(Ⅳ)作为Pu(Ⅳ)的模拟替代物质,以ZrO2、SiO2和CeO2粉体为原料,在1 500℃条件下通过保温72h进行ZrxCe1-xSiO4(0≤x≤0.5)系列样品的制备。利用XRD对所获样品的物相和结构进行分析,并采用Rietveld结构精修方法对样品的晶胞参数进行精细化计算。结果表明:当0≤x≤0.05时,样品保持为锆英石相;当x〉0.05时,有CeO2物相出现。在锆英石相范围内,晶胞参数a、c、V与x之间符合线性关系。
In order to investigate the capabilities of zircon immobilizing Pu(IV), Ce(IV ) was used as the simulacrum for Pu(IV ), and compounds in the system Zrx Ce1-xSiO4 (0≤x≤0.5) were sintered for 72 h under 1 500 ℃, using ZrO2 , SiOe and CeOz powders as raw materials. The phases and structure of synthesized waste forms were character- ized by XRD. Moreover, the Rietveld structural refinement method was employed to calculate the crystal cell parameters of samples. The results indicate that the phase of samples keeps the phase of zircon when the value of oc is between 0 and 0.05, and the phase of cerium oxide is found a, c, V and x in the system of relations. when the value of x is more than 0. 05. ZrxCe1-xSiO4 (0≤x≤0. 05) respectively follow the linear relations.
