针对汽车研发系统对各控制器信号进行数据分析的需要,设计了一种能实时采集信号值并将采集数据以MDF(Measure Data Format)文件格式存储在U盘里的汽车记录仪。首先给出基于CAN总线汽车记录仪的系统结构和软件流程,在此基础上,通过对FAT文件系统和MDF文件标准进行分析,详细介绍了存储模块的设计与实现。所开发的汽车记录仪已成功应用于奇瑞汽车A5车型,并取得良好效果。
To meet the need of research and development system of automobile in analysing the data of signals of a variety of controllers,in this article we designed an automobile recorder which can timely collect the signal value and store the collected data into USB disk in files with the format of MDF(Measure Data Format) . First,the system structure and software design process of automobile recorder based on CAN bus is presented,based on that,the design and implementation of data storage module is expounded through the analysis on FAT file system and MDF file standard. The devised automobile recorder has been applied in Chery Type A5 successfully with preferable effect.
