提出了以TI公司GC5016芯片为核心的WiMAX系统数字中频物理层方案,介绍了GC5016芯片内部结构,并分析芯片内部信号处理过程,根据802.16e相关协议,以数字上变频为例配置GC5016芯片内部参数值,并用Matlab对芯片内部的FIR和CIC数字滤波器幅频特性进行仿真。在实际中频硬件上对数字中频的功能进行测试验证。测试结果表明,GC5016在WiMAX系统中作为数字上下变频器可以满足相关性能的要求。
In WiMAX system, the physical layer of digital intermediate frequency, which core is GC5016 of TI company is proposed. The internal structure in GC5016 chip is introduced in this paper, and the signal processing of the chip is also analyzed. According to relevant agreements of 802.16e and taking the digital up converter as an example to configure internal parameters of the chip. The magnitude and frequency characteristic of FIR and CIC are simulated by using Matlab. The function of the digital intermediate frequency is verified by testing on intermediate frequency hardware. The testing results show that GC5016 as the digital up and down converter in the WiMAX system can meet the relevant performance requirement.
