进行了数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机柔性啮合装置的结构设计。采用该结构设计来研齿,其调整简单,参数设置方便,而且能很好的控制研齿过程,获得全齿面研齿或指定局部区域研齿效果。
In this paper, the hypoid spiral bevel gear grinding motion model is analyzed, and the structure design of the flexible gearing device on a CNC spiral bevel gear lapping machine is carried on. The experiment proves that using the structure design to the lapping, the adjustment is simple, the parameter setting is convenient, the control of lapping process can be very good, the whole tooth surface lapping or designated local burnishing is got effect, and laid a solid foundation for the successful development of YK2560 CNC spiral bevel gear lapping machine is laid.
