采用课题组自制的机械活化装置对松木漂白浆进行机械活化预处理,考察机械活化作用对其溶解度和聚合度的影响。结果发现,随着机械活化时间从0min增加到120min,松木漂白浆在碱液中的溶解度从20%增至78%,聚合度从237降至129。说明机械活化预处理在一定程度上可以提高松木漂白浆溶解度,降低其聚合度。通过扫描电镜、x射线观察不同活化时间纤维素形貌结构和结晶结构的变化,证明机械活化对纤维素溶解性能的影响。
Pine bleached pulp was pretreated by mechanical activation in a self-designed stirring ball mill, and the effects of mechanical activation on its solubility and degree of polymerization (DP) were investigated, respectively. It was found that the solubility increased from 20% to 78% and DP decreased from 237 to 129 with increasing the activation time to 120 min, indicating that mechanical activation had significant effect on the solubility and DP of pine bleached pulp. The changes in morphology and crystal structure of pine bleached pulp were measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively, which showed the effect of mechanical activation on the dissolution properties of cellulose.
