在制造商和零售商都为风险规避类型下,利用均值方差模型研究了双渠道供应链的协调问题,建立了具有风险规避型双渠道供应链的集中式决策与分散式决策的均值方差模型,分析了风险规避度对制造商和零售商的影响。研究发现,风险规避下的产品价格小于风险中性下的产品价格和分散式决策下的价格大于集中式决策的价格,说明了在分散式决策下双渠道供应链系统将失调。为了达到双渠道供应链协调,设计了一种与直销价格相关的价格折扣机制以实现具有风险规避型双渠道供应链系统的协调,论证了所设计的价格折扣协调机制虽然能够增加双渠道供应链和零售商的利润,但是制造商将遭受损失,而价格折扣和转移支付的组合机制能够使制造商和零售商达到双赢的局面。
We study the coordination contract for the dual-channel supply chain when the supply chain agents are risk aversion under a mean-variance model.We develop an analytical framework for marking price decisions in a centralized and a decentralized dual-channel supply chain with risk-averse,and analyze the impact of risk tolerance on the manufacturer and retailer's pricing decisions.The results show that the products' price in a risk-averse supply chain are lower than that in a risk-neutral supply chain,and the optimal price of the decentralized system is higher than that in the centralized system.We demonstrate the channel inefficiency in decentralized system compared with a centralized system.To coordinate the decentralized dual-channel supply chain,we propose a new price discount contract which is related to direct sale price.Furthermore,comparing the expected profits of the manufacturer with the retailer,without and with coordination,we propose a payment transfer mechanism to ensure a win-win situation for both supply chain parties.
