Qin Boping was born in 1971. In 1993, he received the B. S. degree from Southwest Normal University, China, majored in applied mathematics. Then he got his M. S.degree in 2002, from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. Now he is a Ph. D. candidate in University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. S. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Southwest Normal University, Zhengzhou University, China, in 1986 and 1992, respectively, and the Ph. D. degree in information and transportation engineering from the Southwest Jiaotong University, China, 1999. His research interests include high-speed communication networks, mobile communication, graph theory and network security. Yang Jan was born in 1963. In 1985, he received the B. S. degree from Southwest Normal University, China, majored in applied mathematics. Then he got his M. S. degree in 2003, from Sichuan University, China. Now he is a Ph. D. candidate in University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. His research interests include key management and network security. Song Ctmyi was born in 1951 and received the B. S. and M. S. degrees from Tsinghua University, University of Steel and Iron Beijing, China, in 1977 and 1988 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Institute of Steel and Iron Beijing, China, in 1991. His research interests include environment security and network security. He has published 30 papers in these areas.
