对近年来面心立方金属晶界特征分布优化研究进行了总结,从提高低ΣCSL晶界比例的工艺方法及影响因素、低ΣCSL晶界的形成机制和低ΣCSL晶界的比例对面心立方金属性能的影响机理3个方面介绍了国内外的研究成果,对其中的一些参数和理论进行了阐述和讨论,并提出了未来面心立方金属GBCD一些亟待解决的问题。
The studies on GBCD optimization technology of face-centered cubic metal in recent years were summarized. The domestic and foreign research results were introduced by three aspects,which included the technology process and influence factors to improve low ΣCSL grain boundary proportion,the formation mechanism of low ΣCSL grain boundary and the influence mechanism of low ΣCSL grain boundary proportion on the properties of the face-centered cubic metal. Some of these parameters and the theories were explained and discussed.Finally,some questions to be solved in future are proposed.
