利用电磁支撑的支撑刚度参数随励磁电流变化而改变的原理,构建了具有机械支撑和电磁支撑并联特点的支撑形式,实现机械系统变刚度支撑。在对电磁支撑的基本结构及特点进行阐述的基础上,通过对其数学模型的分析,得到了电磁力的线性化准则和支撑系统综合刚度为正的准则,探讨了衔铁偏心和动态间隙对电磁支撑特性的影响。对具有机械支撑和电磁支撑并联特点的悬臂梁实验装置系统的电磁支撑刚度与附加阻尼参数进行了识别。结果表明:附加阻尼参数的实验值远远小于理论值,在一定条件下可以忽略不计;支撑刚度参数的识别值在静态工作点附近具有较高的精度,说明该电磁支撑可以实现机械系统变刚度支撑。

英文摘要:

Based on the principles of support stiffness parameter of electromagnetic support varying with exciting current,an support style with parallel electromagnetic and mechanical support was proposed to make the machine system with variable stiffness supporting.By studying on the theoretical model of the electromagnetic support,the linearized rule and the rule of the system total stiffness being positive were obtained,on the basis of that the basic structure and characteristics of electromagnetic support were described,and the eccentricity of frame and dynamic gap affecting the electromagnetic support characteristics were also analyzed.The electromagnetic support stiffness and additional damping parameters of the cantilever beam system with parallel electromagnetic and mechanical support were identified.The results show that the experimental values of additional damping parameter are always far smaller than the theoretical values and can be ignored,but the experimental values of stiffness parameter are accurate near the static operating point,which provides facts for the realization of variable stiffness supporting.
