以服务化引领产业结构转型升级已成为当前全球制造业发展的重要趋势。本文深入分析了制造业投入服务化与企业出口“二元边际”的相关性。结果表明:制造业投入服务化通过生产率提升、创新激励、范围经济、规模经济等效应对中国企业出口“二元边际”的优化产生重要影响。制造业投入服务化增加了企业出口概率。扩大了企业出口产品种类和市场范围.且制造业投入服务化对出口产品价格的正向提升效应明显大于对出口数量的负向效应。制造业投入服务化加快了企业出口由“量变”到“质变”的进程。此外,从服务投入异质性的视角看.分销投入服务化、金融投入服务化均有利于优化企业的出口表现.特别是分销投入服务化的影响更为明显:电信投入服务化和运输投入服务化的作用更多地体现于“成本提升效应”,而没有发挥“质量改进效应”。本文试图从制造业投入服务化的视角为解决中国企业出口困境提供现实可行的路径。
Servitization leading the industry upgrading has become a global trend of manufacturing. This paper deeply analyzes the relationship of input servitization of manufacturing and China dual margins of firms' export. The result suggests that servitization has positive effect on optimization of extensive margin and intensive margin, which through the effect of productivity advancing, innovation, economy of scope and economy of scale. Input servitization increased export possibilites and expand export products types and market scope. The positive effect on the price of export products is higher than the negative effect on export quantity. Input servitization accelerates export shift from quantity change to quality. From the view of heterogeneity of service factors, the servitization of financial input and the servitization of distribution input are beneficial to the improvement of the firms export performance. Among them, the positive effect of the servitization of distribution input is larger the others. The effect of the servitization of telecommunication input and the servitization of transportation input is more reflected in cost increase rather than quality improvment. Above all, this paper tries to find the key point for China export firms to solve the problem of development through the servitization of manufacturing.
