The Campus Card Management System （CCMS） is the core system of smart campus and the important part of the construction of informatization in university. In CCMS, we adopt the layered architecture and the intercon- nection of public database platform and school management system to build a solid foundation for the smart campus. The school should further perfect CCMS with the support of information technology, not only increasing the coverage of the campus card but also improving the smoothness and safety in use.
