分析了沉船打捞多缸同步提升系统特点及工作原理,针对沉船打捞中驳船易受波浪影响而上下运动,设计了被动型液压升沉补偿系统,搭建了系统AMESim仿真模型。在简化系统负载模型的基础上,仿真研究了升沉补偿系统工作特性,结果表明,所设计被动式升沉补偿系统能够有效地降低波浪对沉船提升过程的影响。
The characteristic and working principle of the salvage multi-cylinder synchronous lifting system are ana- lyzed. According to the heaving of the barge during shipwreck salvaging, a passive hydraulic heave compensation system is designed and the simulation model of the passive heave compensation system is built in AMESim.
